In-situ concrete features draw occupants, via the almost hidden front door, into a double-volume living space, from which all the other rooms divert. A large, elevated timber deck with an infinity pool and recessed boma provides the interface to the garden
Façade broken up in simple in-out panels with heavier slab elements capping the volumes. Finished in grey-ish tones, framed in structural steel elements, accented by locally sourced natural stone and infilled timber panels
