Consisting of a large central, wrap-around lean-to, and an intermediate entrance volume. Visitors are greeted by a 1.5m volume entrance with an arched passageway leading into a voluminous foyer space, separating the living areas from the garage and study
On the ground floor the theme of large volumes continues into the lounge with a double volume lifting the eyes to the exposed trusses and clerestorey windows. Most of the living, main bedroom and working spaces live towards the view. Upstairs, additional bedrooms, both leading to a large balcony overlooks the golf course and mountains beyond
Finished in lighter, earthy clay-tones, accented by a Caledon natural stone topped off with grey corrugated roof and white aluminium openings, this classic design connects seamlessly to its setting
